We also offer our Hardening and Tempering works, the process of re-heating hardened steels to reduce hardness and increase toughness.
We are a Part of the delegation that will be trained by the Govt of France and India to become approved Vendors for Aerospace and Defense sector supply.

Induction Hardening of all types of components up to 150mm diameter, any small length up to 1.5m length, For any small quantity to high mass production quantity for various industries.
Maintaining Case Depth from 0.3mm to 6mm (as per requirement).
Hardness upto 62 HRC ( as per requirement)
Machine Range
- Induction Hardening Machines from 25kw to 70 kw of Ultrahigh Frequency to maintain case depth as low as 0.3mm and for Inner diameter hardening, high frequency and medium frequency to maintain case depth upto 6mm.
- In house coil designing & manufacturing is undertaken.
- Water -Circulation System , Cooling-Tower, Heat-Exchangers, Tanks. Pumps etc for hassle less functioning OF INDUCTION PROCESS
