This Return & Refund Policy applies to all industrial equipment manufactured and supplied by us, including Induction Hardening Machines, Induction Heating Machines, Induction Brazing Machines, Induction Forging Machines, Induction Annealing Machines, and other customized induction solutions. Due to the custom-built and made-to-order nature of our machines, this policy is strict and binding once an order is confirmed.

By placing an order with us, the customer agrees to the terms stated below.

Order Confirmation & Cancellation Policy
● Once an order is confirmed and any payment of 50% or more of the total order value is received, the order cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.
● This applies irrespective of whether the machine is in the design, manufacturing, testing, or packing stage.
● Payments made towards confirmed orders are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Delivery Timeline Acknowledgement
● The standard delivery timeline is approximately up to 3 months, depending on:
○ Machine type
○ Level of customization
○ Quantity ordered
○ Production schedule

● All specifications, expectations, and delivery timelines are clearly mentioned and finalized in the Scope of Supply and Order Confirmation documents before manufacturing begins.

● Delays caused due to customization changes requested by the customer, delayed approvals, or delayed payments shall not be considered grounds for cancellation or refund.

Non-Returnable Products
● All machines supplied by us are non-returnable, as they are:
○ Custom manufactured
○ Built as per customer-approved specifications
○ Tested and approved before dispatch

● Once delivered or dispatched, machines cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason, including but not limited to change of mind, operational preferences, or mismatch of expectations beyond agreed specifications.

Refund Policy
● No refunds shall be issued once the order is confirmed and payment of 50% or more
has been made.

● Refunds are not applicable for:
○ Delays within agreed timelines
○ Transit damages
○ Improper handling or installation
○ Electrical or environmental conditions at the customer site

● Any advance or full payment received is treated as final consideration for manufacturing commitment.

Warranty Policy (1-Year On-Site Warranty)
● We provide a 1-year on-site warranty from the date of installation or dispatch (as applicable).
● The warranty covers manufacturing defects and performance-related issues under normal operating conditions.
● Warranty does not cover:
○ Wear and tear parts
○ Improper usage
○ Electrical fluctuations
○ Unauthorized modifications
○ Damage during transportation or mishandling

Repair & Service Terms
● In many cases, we first attempt to diagnose and resolve issues via video call or remote support, guiding the customer step-by-step to reduce downtime.
● If on-site repair or deeper inspection is required:
○ The customer may be requested to send the machine or specific components to our facility for repair.
○ Transportation costs, packing, and logistics for sending the machine are to be borne by the customer, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

● After repair, the machine or component will be tested and dispatched back to the customer.

Limitation of Liability
● We shall not be liable for:
○ Production loss
○ Business interruption
○ Indirect or consequential damages

● Our liability, if any, shall be limited strictly to repair or replacement under warranty terms.
